Job description

  • Payroll A to Z for about 480 employees in total;
  • Absence management (illnesses, parental leave, etc);
  • Follow-up emails & employee requests regarding payroll queries;
  • Follow-up offboardings & promotions;
  • Fleet management (mobility budget, salary for bike, etc);
  • Contract handling, insurances, meal vouchers, etc).

Job requirements

  • You have very good knowledge of both Dutch and French;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management;
  • Knowledge of HR Accent is recommended;
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • You have good knowledge of the Belgian payroll legislation and knowledge of PC200;
  • You are stress resistant.
